Kirk is the founder of Capital City Accounting and Tax Services. Kirk Graduated from California State University Fresno with a BS in Business Administration with an option in Accounting. Kirk was immediately employed as a tax accountant at a local firm. Later Kirk and his family moved to the Sacramento area and he was employed as a tax accountant for a small but very reputable CPA firm learning all facets of accounting and book keeping.

Kirk Decided to create his own Accounting Firm and now works in his own business while still working with other CPA’s to support his ever growing knowledge in accounting and tax.

Kirk holds a CPA license and is Quick Books Pro Advisor Certified in both the online and desktop versions.

While the corporation was formed in January of 2015, Kirk J. Head, CPA the founding shareholder has been operating in Sacramento and Yuba City since 2012.
